One Rincon Hill425 First Street Street, San FranciscoViews! Views! Views! Did I mention the views? One Rincon Hill has by far the best views in the City, south of Market Street. These two residential towers are located atop the 100-foot tall Rincon Hill near the western end of the Bay Bridge, and stands a total of 741 feet above sea level. It’s the the tallest all-residential tower in California. From the top you can even see the Golden Gate Bridge — which is all the way on the other side of town! This development has been so popular, it almost sold out within the first week that sales began. The South Tower is 55 stories high containing and contains 368 residences, which begin occupancy in 2008. The North Tower will be 45 stories high, and will contain 327 residences. There are also 14 townhomes on the lower level. Sizes range from junior 1-bedrooms at 613 sq. ft. (approx) to a dozen 3-bedroom deluxe condos at around 1,967 sq. ft. Amenities:
