The Lansing is an 82-unit development in the heart of the booming new Rincon Hill neighborhood, on a quiet, tree-lined street across from The Metropolitan.

It consists of one and two-bedroom homes. All residences feature air conditioning, and most include custom-designed European-made cherry cabinets by Studio Becker, stainless steel appliances, and countertops and backsplashes in polished Tiger Skin granite.

Developed by the same team that created The Brannan, it was designed by Sandy Babcock Architects. It opened in 2006.
